The food here is absolutely delicious! Every visit has been a great experience, and the staff are always super friendly, welcoming, and quick with the service. It’s such a fun place to enjoy a meal, and we always have a great time whenever we come here. Definitely a favorite spot!

We showed up and there were specials. We were told 2x1 drinks and $1 tacos. It was my 50th birthday today. I mentioned this to waiter and she said that she will bring me cake. We ended up paying the full price for both drinks and no cake. The place is super beautiful and food looks good but I'm not happy about the extra expense. We didn't complain, just left and left it like that. Maybe we were told wrong by the first waiter.

first, they had a salsa Lady come and make fresh guacamole and salsa five stars so fresh so insane! I ordered a chimichanga, not expecting it to be the size of a cow. It was amazing. He ordered the mole divine a lot of places I go to. They try to go overboard with the beans and the rice but this place totally went to town with the main course hands-down the best Mexican authentic restaurant I’ve been to yet since in Illinois.

It’s always a wonderful dining experience here with Jesus and his family. They are so welcoming and accommodating with food selections and atmosphere. The made to order guacamole is hands down the best I’ve tasted. (Just recently started liking it). Will always eat here when I’m in town

I am disappointed. Not in the restaurant, but at myself for not discovering this place sooner. La Quinta de los Reyes is an INCREDIBLE authentic Mexican restaurant overlooking the Fox River in downtown Aurora! The atmosphere is lively and vibrant. I went when Mexico was playing in the World Cup and the vibes were off the charts! But even when soccer (or fútbol) isn't playing, this restaurant is still vibrant, largely due to the open central kitchen that makes you hungry quickly! Right as you get seated, you can get fresh guacamole and salsa made at your table. Service is friendly and kind, and the food is mouth-watering. The steak platter I got was scrumptious, juicy, and had just the right amount of spice, especially when paired with the vegetables or when wrapped in a fresh corn tortilla. Authentic flavors and dishes are in abundance here. You can even get huge platters of various meats and seafood meant for 4 people! This is definitely now one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Aurora, a city known for it's abundance of Mexican cusine. I plan on being a frequent customer here, and you should too!
